1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at sanbrunofence.com (the "Site"), requesting a quote, or engaging Advanced San Bruno Fence ("we," "us," or "our") for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or engage our services. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

Advanced San Bruno Fence provides fence installation, repair, replacement, and related services to residential and commercial customers in San Bruno, CA and surrounding communities. The specific scope of any project is defined in the written proposal or contract provided to you before work begins. Services are subject to availability and our ability to serve your location.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided in writing and are based on an on-site assessment of your property. An estimate is not a guarantee of final price. Final pricing may differ from the initial estimate if:

• Site conditions differ from what was visible at the time of estimate
• You request changes to the scope of work after the estimate is issued
• Unforeseen conditions (such as buried obstructions or property line discrepancies) are discovered during the project
• Material costs change significantly between estimate and installation due to market conditions

We will notify you of any material changes in scope or cost before proceeding with additional work. Verbal estimates are not binding. Only written proposals signed by an authorized representative of Advanced San Bruno Fence constitute an agreement to perform work.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Once a project is scheduled and a deposit (if applicable) is collected, the following terms apply:

• You may cancel or reschedule a project without penalty with at least 48 hours advance notice prior to the scheduled start date.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.
• We reserve the right to reschedule projects due to weather, crew availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide as much advance notice as possible.
• If you need to delay a project after materials have been ordered on your behalf, additional restocking or storage fees may apply.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your written proposal. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work begins, as stated in your proposal.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of work unless other terms are agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated in your proposal.
• Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through appropriate legal channels.

Final payment acknowledges that you have inspected the completed work and found it acceptable, except for any items specifically noted in writing at the time of payment.

6. Permits and Compliance

Where required, we will apply for the necessary building permits on your behalf as part of the project. Permit fees are not included in the base estimate unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for ensuring that your project does not violate any HOA covenants, deed restrictions, or neighbor agreements. We will flag potential issues we are aware of, but confirming compliance with private restrictions is your responsibility as the property owner.

7. Warranty Disclaimers

We stand behind our workmanship. Any warranty on labor will be described in your written proposal. Manufacturer warranties on materials (such as vinyl panels or gate hardware) are passed through to you as the end customer and are subject to the manufacturer's own terms.

Warranties do not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, vandalism, or acts of nature (including high winds, flooding, or impact)
• Normal wear and deterioration over time
• Damage resulting from failure to maintain wood fencing as recommended
• Issues arising from changes to your property after installation (such as soil grading or tree root growth)

Except as stated in your written proposal, all services are provided "as is" without any additional express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Advanced San Bruno Fence will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or your use of our Site. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific project will not exceed the total amount you paid us for that project. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you in full.

9. Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to complete your project safely and on schedule, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property boundaries and any known underground utilities or obstructions
• Clear the fence line of personal property, plants, or other obstructions before the crew arrives
• Keep children and pets away from the work area during installation
• Notify us promptly of any concerns about work in progress so they can be addressed before the project is completed

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about our work or any charge, please contact us first at info@sanbrunofence.com or (650) 309-1513. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue directly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to mediation in San Bruno, California before pursuing litigation. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in court.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms or from our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California.

12. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For active projects under a signed written agreement, the terms in effect at the time of signing will govern that project. For new inquiries and projects, the most current version of these Terms applies.
